Parasound is a company that excels at designing high-power, high-quality components with professional grade DNA.  Designed by John Curl to exceed Lucasfilm and THX output standards, the HTC-1205A power amp is essentially 5 reference-quality channels in one chassis. At 140 watts per channel into 8 ohms and 200 watts per channel into 4 ohms, this amp is a performance beast.  The amp operates in Class A/AB, using a total of 30 matched bipolar output transistors. The massive 1.6kVA toroidal transformer and 100,000uf of power capacitance are incredible underpinnings for a powerful amp that will not disappoint.

Pair with your home theater system, or use with an active crossover for custom designed hi-end speakers. 

This unit has been reviewed and cleaned by our in-house technician and given a clean bill of health. All channels sound crystal clear.  The rear adjustment dials have all been thoroughly cleaned for trouble-free operation.
