Yamaha CR-400, Experience "Natural Sound"

Yamaha coined its "Natural Sound" branding in the 1970s, a monicker that has survived to today.  The reason for this is the smooth, clean, and effortless way Yamaha components deliver music.  Yamaha amps have long had excellent drive, capable of commanding and controlling many types of challenging speakers, but doing so in a way that reduces fatigue and makes for lengthy musical enjoyment.

The CR-400 receiver was produced from 1977 and features 16 watts per channel, an excellent FM tuner, and beautiful simplified silver-faced look.  It has line, tape, phono and mic inputs and plays incredibly clean. 

This unit has been tested and cleaned by our in-house tech with a clean bill of health.  It sounds excellent.  The casework has a few visible nicks on the edges, but is very presentable.  You will not be disappointed, especially at this incredibly affordable price!  

This is a great receiver for a small office, dorm, or just a nice starter system.  Pair with a small set of Advent speakers and a turntable and you are entering vinyl nirvana.
