DALI Opticon 1 Mk2, Compact Powerhouse

The DALI Opticon 1 Mk2 is compact speaker that will keep you guessing with every listen: Guessing how this little speaker sounds so full and rich;  Guessing how the imaging can be so good; and Guessing how a speaker at this price can be built so well. The Opticon line feeds off of some of the design innovations from the upper-echelon Epicon line, but without losing the warmth and clarity that DALI have been known for since 1983.  

The 29mm soft dome tweeter, and wood-pulp composite 6-inch cone woofer combine seamlessly in a small, rear-ported enclosure.  The cabinet construction and attention to detail are excellent.  The rear binding posts are some of the nicest, and beefiest we have ever seen, on any speaker. 

Available in three finishes with gorgeous tweed cloth grilles -- Tobacco Oak, Satin Black, and Satin White -- the Opticon 1 Mk2 is an excellent example of Danish design and engineering in a little, powerful package.
