Opera Classica Seconda SE

The Opera Seconda SE brings the Classica Series to the next level with stand-mount performance.  The dual 7" aluminum cone woofers and 1" soft dome tweeter are connected to a high-quality 2.5-way crossover where the woofers work in tandem, but tuned slightly differently for a rush, warm, and inviting sound.  With a low tweeter crossover point and resonant frequency, the speaker is able to deliver upper midrange vocals and instrumental music without critical interruption in the midrange. 

In addition to careful attention to the sound, the Seconda SE, like all Opera speakers, is built exceptionally well.  Using only the finest woods and accessories such as Mundorf crossover capacitors.  Each cabinet is built like a fine piece of Italian furniture.  Every corner of an Opera speaker feels like old-country quality. 

With a large internal volume, the Seconda SE is suitable for mid-sized and larger rooms alike without a subwoofer.  The sealed box, acoustic suspension design harkens back to vintage speakers from the 1960s and 1970s which dominated the audio market with punchy bass, and a lush presentation.
