Yamaha CT-810 AM/FM Stereo Tuner

Yamaha coined its "Natural Sound" branding in the 1970s, a monicker that has survived to today.  The reason for this is the smooth, clean, and effortless way Yamaha components deliver music.  Yamaha amps have long had excellent drive, capable of commanding and controlling many types of challenging speakers, but doing so in a way that reduces fatigue and makes for lengthy musical enjoyment.

The CT-810 AM/FM Stereo Tuner was introduced in 1976 and is an excellent FM tuner with a classic and beautiful silver-faced look. The subtle backlighting and stylish dial give this piece an unmistakable hi-end 1970s look.  Using an all-FET 4-gang front-end, the CT-810 was known of excellent signal reception and sensitivity. The Phase Locked (PLL) MPX filter also ensures the stereo pathway is interpreted correctly and with little frequency response.

This unit has been tested and cleaned by our in-house tech with a clean bill of health.  It sounds excellent.  The wood veneered casework is equally stunning.
