Adcom GFA-5800 "Beast Power" - SOLD

So... if you walked into Tweeter Etc back in 1995 with $2500 to spend, chances are you left with one of these monsters in your basket to drive the Theil, a/d/s or KEF speakers they bundled in your new rig. The 250 watts per channel of the GFA-5800 was way more than enough to drive most any speaker in the shop to unholy levels. Remarkably smooth with plenty of grunt when the particular track called for it. Truly a fabulous amp and this one's in solid 9  condition having been gone though extensively by our in-house tech. Its appearance is clean & tight with only the slightest signs of wear. Comes complete with original box, packaging and OM. Really a "Beast" of an amp but, in the Adcom tradition, warm & inviting. Can play this piece all day and it doesn't even break a sweat.
