The Advent Baby II speaker was designed as a successor to the "Baby" which floored the audio world when it was introduced in 1982 due its tiny size and BIG sound. Featuring a 6.5” long-throw mid/woofer in a sealed acoustic suspension enclosure, and 3/4” polyamide tweeter, the Baby II become another in a classic line of speakers from Henry Kloss’s former company. This series is easily recognized by their solid Pecan wood top and bottom trim pieces, similar to the Prodigy, Graduate, and Legacy versions within the same product line. The Baby II improved on the original Baby with a better crossover design that improved integration between the two drivers.
This set of Baby II have new internal crossover capacitors improved midrange clarity at the crossover point. The woofer has been properly re-foamed for many more years of enjoyment.
