Marantz 2270 Classic Receiver - Glorious! - SOLD

This is a gorgeous and rare example of the infamous 1972 Marantz 2270 Receiver. This classic pumps out 70 watts x 2 of stunningly clean power with a balanced and super detailed soundstage. Excellent textures on all instruments, super present mids for vocals and accurate tight bass for all genres of music. This was near the top of the line for Marantz back in the day and these are an unbeatable combination of sound and style. 

This would be an excellent piece for a living room perched on top of a MCM credenza & pairs well with pretty much all mid century decor. Without question one of the cleanest 2270's we've ever seen. Just stunning. This unit was also gone through front to back by our expert tech staff. Has been serviced, restored and appears super clean. Presentation  is a solid 8+ in every way.
