Pioneer SA-3000 Integrated Amp, Small Size/Big Impact! - SOLD

Pioneer just continued to crank out outstanding products rom the 1970s and into the early 1980s. The SA-3000 integrated amplifier is no exception, and it takes Pioneer's typical "bigger is better" approach and turns it on its head.  The SA-3000 is a semi-compact, full-featured integrated amp with 40 watts per channel of power into 8 ohms.  Imagine these speakers powering a set of HPM-50s in an executive office or college dorm with mind-cranking authority.  Once part of a set of 3000-series components, this piece has been separated from the pack, but still plays nice with others.

This unit has been fully cleaned and serviced and simply sounds excellent.  This amp can power speakers you wouldn't normally expect. From vintage ARs, to Italian bookshelf speakers.  Pair this piece with a set of Advent Legacy from about the same era and the combination is simply fantastic.
