SAE (Scientific Audio Electronics) was founded in 1968 with the goal of building essentially "shock proof" audio equipment.  The Mark II amplifier was able to produce incredible power, with low distortion, and could also withstand the outputs being shorted at full output without damage.  SAE continued to build excellent quality products for many years after and have a very strong following in the vintage audio segment.

The Model 180 Stereo Parametric Equalizer is an excellent piece of equipment.  Its industrial design and quality components mean it was made for decades of use.  This example comes with all the "fixins" - Manual, paperwork, and a nearly flawless case.
