Tandberg TR-2030, Classic Mid-Century Masterpiece

Tandberg, a Norwegian company founded in 1933, built the TR-2030 audiophile receiver between 1975 and 1977.  This component was designed to compete with other top-line products from the United States, Germany, the UK, and Japan.  At 30 watts per channel the receiver provides a significant amount of juice to accommodate nearly any speaker from its time, or today. The unit is a super retro-cool two-channel reciever featuring a range of inputs including multiple RCA/DIN connectors for audio sources like turntables, CD players, exceptional tuner section and much more. This piece screams MCM and it's Scandinavian heritage bleeds through in every way. Really a spectacular unit.  

This Tandberd has ben fully serviced. The signature blue-tinted light bulbs have been replaced, and all controls have been cleaned.
