Audio Concepts, Inc, (ACI) was founded in 1977 in LaCrosse, WI to develop semi-assembled DIY speaker kits, using well-constructed enclosures, computer designed networks, and drivers derived from the best in the business.  

Fast forward a few years, and ACI developed a series of compact bookshelf speakers to satisfy the demands of the newly forged home theater market.  Of these models, the LV Monitor was born.  The LV Monitor was designed to be a primary (left/right) speaker to produce vocals as cleanly and clearly as possible.  The stoutly built cabinet and raked front baffle contribute toward a low-resonance enclosure.  Top-shelf Scanspeak components and a computer-designed crossover network mean these speakers delver on their promises.  

The speakers sound crystal-clear and deliver an exceptional image. The LV Monitor was ACI's top-shelf compact speaker back in the late 80s and early 90s. Pair these speakers with a compact subwoofer and the combination will rival systems costing much more.

These speakers look amazing in real cherry finish, sitting on custom made solid cherry stands.
