The Emotiva UPA-2 is a heavy-duty, two-channel Class A/B amplifier that delivers a robust 125 watts RMS power per channel into 8 ohms, jumping to 185 watts per channel into 4. Housed in a sturdy 2-U chassis with a milled aluminum faceplate, it serves as a massive sonic upgrade for standard AV receivers or an incredible add-on to dedicated 2-channel stereo systems.

Beneath its striking exterior, the amplifier employs a fully discrete, dual differential topology and a low-noise toroidal transformer. This yields an exceptional broadband frequency response (10Hz-150kHz at -3dB) and incredibly low total harmonic distortion (< 0.007%). With audiophile-grade 5-way binding posts and adjustable gain, it offers both the power and clarity to make even demanding loudspeakers truly sing.
