Here we have a staple product from Monster, the HTS-2600 MkII power conditioner.  The 2600 can protect against surges, but also provide much needed high-frequency filtering of the AC power to your A/V equipment to reduce noise and improve all electro-acoustic qualities. The 2600 features 10 AC outlets, which can be sequenced for proper turn-on and shut-down. The unit also protects against cable and data inputs, which some might not realize can also cause power surges and potential equipment damage.
