Nakamichi RE-3, Stereo Receiver, Clean Entry-Level Component

The Nakamichi RE-3 is an accessible and easy-to-use 1990s stereo receiver that delivers a refined audio experience for even an entry-level listener. The RE-3 outputs a reliable 37 watts per channel of power into an 8 ohm speaker load, and provides a pristine signal-to-noise ratio of 100dB for all line-level inputs. In its day, it was highly regarded for its sonic clarity, exhibiting very low Total Harmonic Distortion (THD) under standard operational loads.

Designed with both sonic and user-friendly performance in mind, the RE-3 features a motorized volume control, a robust built-in RIAA phono stage, and comprehensive tone controls. Its discrete output stages and dynamic headroom yield a musical, distortion-free soundstage. It offers an exceptional, nostalgic introduction to high-fidelity stereo separates and receivers.

This RE-3 is in great physical shape.  The remote control has been lost to time and is not included.  But all functions are accessible from the front panel including the tuner section which pulls stations in well and keeps them in memory for the next listening session.
