Nordost QKORE6, Keep Your Grounds Grounded

The Nordost QKORE6 is a passive parallel grounding device designed to eliminate high-frequency interference (HFI) and stray magnetic fields that contaminate audio signals, providing an artificial "clean" earth for high-fidelity systems.

Engineered within a mechanically tuned, resonance-controlled aluminum chassis, the unit utilizes specialized passive electronic circuits—incorporating Low-Voltage Attractor Plates (LVAP)—to create a path of least resistance to ground for electrical noise. The QKORE6 specifically features six WBT binding posts divided into two dedicated sections: a primary side for QBASE power distribution grounding and a secondary side for audio component grounding, allowing for the comprehensive mitigation of AC and DC ground deficiencies in a single, high-performance unit.

The QKORE6 works best when paired with Nordost's own QKORE Wires, which utilize Micro Mono-Filament technology and 16 AWG silver-plated OFC solid-core conductors to maintain signal integrity. By lowering the noise floor and mitigating electromagnetic interference, the system dramatically enhances soundstage dimensionality, harmonic accuracy, and dynamic contrast. This approach addresses both the electrical noise and physical mechanical vibrations present in AC power lines, resulting in a more transparent and "blacker" background, allowing the system's true performance potential to be realized without adding color to the music.
