Sony PS-T3, Fully Automatic Turntable

The PS-T3 is a simple-looking, yet fully-equipped turntable from the consumer electronics giant, Sony.  Sporting fully automatic operation and a DC servo controlled direct drive motor and mechanism, the PS-T3 hides a lot of fancy footwork under its plain gray casework.  The PS-T3 uses a die cast alloy platter for stiffness and to reduce noise traveling from the mechanism to the stylus.  A the build-quality of the entire unit is better than to be expected at this price point.  A quick internet search will reveal the PS-T3 as a real workhorse.

The Sony-built lightweight aluminum alloy tonearm uses a standard 1/2" headshell mount to allow for many different headshell and cartridge combination.  The arm provides VTA and Azimuth adjustment along with anti-skate and tracking force controls.  And the Audio Technica moving magnet cart mounted to this unit plays wonderfully. 

This table has been completely serviced by our in-house tech and is ready to spin the very best that 1980s had to offer.
